We guarantee that all of our products are new and unused. Not everyone is good about keeping their dog or cat/pet current on shots and checkups. By not reselling used products, this helps to keep the spread of canine or feline diseases or skin problems. Contact us within 10 days if you're not satisfied with the quality of the product. We can not accept a return if your pet has been in the Kuddly. NO CREDIT will be made until returned item is inspected. If you return an item for any reason other than the quality of workmanship, then you will only be credited the amount of the item, not shipping. FABRIC: If a fabric is sent to you by mistake, then we will cover the shipping back to us and resend the correct fabric to you at no cost. If you order a fabric and don't like it and want to return it, you pay shipping back to us. You will be credited the fabric cost only after the fabric has been returned to us.
